REIKI SYMPOSIUMS at Sedgebrook Hall 2010

Don't let the word "Reiki" put you off - the symposiums are for EVERYONE - regard the day as a "Wellbeing Day"

Here's what we did in June 2010

Once again we had an amazing Symposium in June. Barbara Lewis lead a workhop on "Bach Flower Remedies" which was really interesting and many of the group including myself, made up a remedy to take home with us. Speaking personally I have found my remedy quite amazing. I feel so much more balanced and calm despite a really heavy workload. Nick Cheng proved to be both inspirational and learned with his Qui Gong. So much so that I have invited Nick back in 2011 to lead another workshop.

We always have a lovely day at Sedgebrook and for £35 per person you couldn’t get anything better. Workshops, delicious 3 course lunch, meditations and relaxations, as much tea and coffee as you can drink, beautiful surroundings but best of all, you’ll meet some really genuine and generous people.

Saturday 4th September - Reiki Empowerment Day Sedgebrook Hall

(Arrive for coffee at 9.30am) The day is open to anyone who is interested to learn more about Reiki Healing and is attuned to Reiki Level 1 and above.

In the morning "Reiki Pillow" Mary is going to instruct us on how to carry out a Reiki Facial - I have been the lucky recipient of several of these facials and they are both relaxing and energizing - I promise you will NOT be disappointed and once learnt, you can add the treatment to your normal Reiki session and your clients will LOVE it!

We will also be looking at the power of affirmations and will be using our chosen affirmation in a Reiki technique called Nentatsu Ho which is a technique that can be used at all levels of reiki, with or without symbols and is very powerful in it's outcomes.
The cost for the day is £40.00 inclusive of the full day’s programme, a 3 course lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Saturday 16th October - Symposium

Sarah Line will be presenting a workshop on Labyrinths. Join us on 16th Octember because you are in for a real mystical experience. Sarah has built a Labyrinth at the “bottom of her garden” (an understatement if ever there was one) and has some wonderful plans for 2010, details of which can be found on my links page. We will have another workshop to be confirmed but there will be the usual meditations and visualisation throughout the day so definitely a date for your diary.
